Carlisle Therapies is a beautiful therapy centre and yoga studio in the heart of Carlisle. Situated opposite CocoMill, Alison offers regular hypnobirthing courses in the upstairs studio.

The Health Barn, Askham, Penrith, CA10 2PG

Hypnobirthing courses for the Penrith area are provided in the beautiful Loft space at The Health Barn in Askham. Opposite the popular Queen’s Head pub and a stone’s throw from Lowther Castle, this is the perfect setting for a wellness centre. The Loft is the upstairs studio, accessed via the gardens to the rear of The Health Barn itself.

There is ample parking just across the road, and full disabled access including toilet facilties.

Mobile Treatments and Courses

Alison has limited availability for at home hypnobirthing courses and reflexology treatments. Private hypnobirthing courses are available in person or online from £395 and Reflexology treatments start at £55. Exact prices are dependent on your location. Ali covers the Penrith, Carlisle and Kendal areas - further afield may incur an additional charge for time and travel expenses. Please get in touch for availability or a quote.
